Members of the Montgomery Bar Association as well as many community members donate funds to the Foundation each year. The Foundation has recently added endowments as part of their funding options. Those interested in donating funds to the Foundation in their will or by any other means are encouraged to do so. The Foundation also holds special events each year as fundraisers for their cause. In addition to the generous contributions from the Montgomery Bar Association and community members, the Foundation receives funds from various Circles of Contributors. A Circle of Contributors is a group of people who come together in memory of Montgomery County Bench and Bar members to contribute funds over a specific period of time. Two of the most recent Circles are The Stefan Circle, in honor of Judge Louis D. Stefan, and The Taxis Circle, in honor of Judge Alfred L. Taxis, Jr.

The Foundation currently gives approximately 8 - 10 grants a year to charitable organizations related to the administration of justice, and hopes to increase this number in time. With the help of Montgomery Bar Association and community members the Foundation feels they can achieve this goal. The Montgomery Bar Foundation is always interested in learning of qualified and deserving law firms and organizations to distribute grants to in order to promote the interests of justice.
